The following is an SOP for using the Owl device for video conferences. The Owl is an all-in-one conference device. It contains multiple cameras, including a 360 degree camera, spacial sound recognition, and audio speakers. 

=Safety=
* Handle with care as there is thin fabric over the audio speakers on the sides of the device.

* Avoid touching the lens cover at the top to prevent damage and scratches.

=Procedure=
# Position Owl in desired position (typically no more than 4 feet away from each person for best audio and visual quality)
# Plug the power supply into a nearby outlet
# Connect the OWL device to the computer via usb cable
# On computer, open preferred communication application
# On computer, while in chosen communication app, find "camera" and "microphone" settings and select "Owl" for both
